Vintage Piccadilly Valley Blanc de Noir

This Vintage ‘Méthode Champenoise’, was bottle fermented and then aged on lees for five full years before disgorging, dosage and release. Made from Piccadilly Valley Pinot Noir in the Adelaide Hills, this limited release is made to the highest standards to deliver a most complex and sophisticated style of sparkling wine. 

NV Cuvée Brut

This non-vintage ‘Méthode Traditionelle’ is bottle fermented and then aged on lees for added complexity before disgorging and release. Made from the classic sparkling varieties (Chardonnay & Pinot Noir) with a dosage that delivers a Brut (dry) sparkling, Madeline Alice is a refreshing and clean aperitif style.
