Some crushed stone and lemon with a fragrant edge, too, which is very much in the regional style. This has a crisp and refined palate that holds elegant, savory lemon and finer-mineral flavors at the finish. Coolly refined. Drink now. Screw cap.

One of the standout bargains of the vintage. Upholding such fragrant, spicy kaffir lime purity of Eden Valley riesling did not come naturally in the small, dry 2020 harvest. Infused with lemon and Granny Smith apple, this is a pretty and restrained style. The vibrant acidity of cool nights is interrupted by a little phenolic firmness on the end.

This is good. Kaffir lime scents segue to a juicy line of crunchy, green apple acidity. Tightly furled, but enough weight on the bones. Plows long.
